Alex will mindfully lead you through your practice, offering the guidance and support needed to foster healing and transformation. With follow-up sessions every few weeks, any changes or challenges are addressed to ensure that your journey remains supportive, effective, and empowering. This personalized approach is designed to keep you on track as you progress toward a balanced and healthier life.

Hello ! Tonight we went to Alex's class and it was great...as usual, but at the start of the class he talked about our room...when we are in a dirty, messy room we don't look around, we look outside where it is better, and he connected the room with our mind...if our mind is messy and cluttered we will not go inside ourselves because it's too tricky ( my words, not his ! ) He also mentioned the value of regular and committed yoga practice to help " clean the room ". The focus of the practice was on the hips which, as you know, I love ! Michael and I found this analogy with the room, so personal to us both, as you can imagine... We thanked him after class, but can you let him know that what he said was so impactful ...really personal to us xxx
